Weekapaug had a busy fall and winter last year but this summer only yielded 3 home sales and 1 building lot sale. Those sales were $650k, $750k, $1.53m and $2.65m. Last year Weekpaug had quite a good selling season. Weekapaug had the lead over Watch Hill, Misquamicut and Quonochontaug in homes sales early but never gained enough traction. ...
